Schneider Electric is the company nobody should want to work for

Customer Support Representative (Former Employee)
Bucharest (Romania)

Prosno pros- all the people I know have resigned

ConsManagement team, HR, communication skills are close to 0 for both these 2, nobody is capable of helping you but they expect the best results too; nothing to offer in terms of growth or investing in they're emplyees, nobody likes you anymore if u have something to say, if you prove that you can think for yourself and actually have a spine.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry to treat your emplyees like human beings because after all, they are the ones who bring you all that money

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
