    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Instead of focusing on sales numbers, please take a moment to recognize the efforts of all your plant operations and understand the pain they've been suffering by being dragged by those sales numbers without much chance to realigning themselves to be the real world class operations. It's easy to put together some sales / marketing numbers but to achieve long term sustainable competitiveness you need to build a real strong operational force by developing the real efficient process and supply chain, not just cutting head counts instead.
