    Good company, geographically spread, nice people and transforming a lot in the recent times. Company aims to be "the energy management specialist".

    Currently trying to do a lot in small time.

    I have been working at Schneider Electric full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    1] Good Infrastructure.
    2] Not much work pressure
    3] Good HR benefits for the Employees
    4] CAB facility available.

    Cons

    1] No career growth.
    2] No recognition.
    3] No Engineering standards followed properly.
    4] Not team outing till today even though policy allows.
    5] No good technical proficiency in Seniors to educate juniors. Only one or two employees are good in Technical knowledge.
    6] No team building action taken.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please do not shuffle the high level employees to other departments frequently.
