    Pros

    HR Policy, Work Life Balance, Freedom to work, dynamic , Lot of systems and processes, Team Outings, Training, Opportunity to learn , Learn by mistakes, Travelling , No punching in office

    Cons

    Poor Leadership skills, Struggle for office seating, Old people on the top with old school thoughts, Bad Pay master, Low bonus, No festival bonus, No good increment, HR does not play much role in the organisation, Not much team work, all your outcome will be finally your individual based no one will help.

    Pros

    international talent pool, career opportunities internally high and borderless, sociable community and less work pressure, retains loyal talent (not necessarily good talent)

    Cons

    loyal talent who lack skills to grow company can pull organisation down slowly but surely, silo mentality of respective business units create poor collaboration and variety of cultures. Company programs are good campaigns but poor execution.

    Stop the cheer leading team and get the work done. Time waits for no one.
