I worked at Schneider Electric full-time (more than 8 years)

Pros

Decent family-life balance. Co-workers are awesome. Cafeteria is excellent.

Cons

HR is completely incompetent. Way too much nepotism in this company. Compensation and benefits used to be excellent (when they were APC), now they are substandard.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

The HR department needs a complete overhaul. In nearly 10 years, I have yet to come across anyone in that department who could answer a simple question correctly.
