I worked at Schneider Electric full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

People, benefits are ok, opportunities. Company does not have a real hard charger attitude, so work can be somewhat relaxing.

Cons

Salary is average. Since company is not really hard charging, they will never own the market, or be best in class. A good, solid, second.

I worked at Schneider Electric full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Terrific benefits, very supportive people to work with. The company is very good about providing educational opportunities for you, you just have to take advantage of them

    Cons

Constant changes and acquisitions by the company. Sometimes its difficult to understand what is going on, who is responsible for what and the org chart is in constant flux. if you are a company who is bought out by SE beware - they will say they bought you because they want things to operate just like they always have but eventually the SE corporate monster will take over

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Cut down on the administrative overhead and let managers focus on serving the customer
