I have been working at Schneider

Pros

People are great. Lots of opportunity. Benefits are good. Green Bay is a great place to live. Many good leaders.

Cons

Work life balance has greatly changed. It's a very political organization where who you know matters more than what you do.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

You're losing many excellent people because the culture isn't as friendly or meaningful as at other area companies. Don't wait too long before making changes in this area or your best will have left.
