They are very open to suggestions and letting you run with your ideas

    Pros

    Good benefits
    Decent pay
    Some opportunities if you don't think to much out of the box.

    Cons

    Very demanding
    One line of thinking only
    Lots of poor managers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to your associates.
    Don't be to set in your ways to admit to mistakes.
    Go back and try to regain some of your quality lost associates

    Structured Training, Company pays for orientation and training time.

    Cons

    Have to learn the job fast.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Consider hourly pay for 0-90 day drivers to compensate for issues that may arise that they are seeing for the first time.
