I worked at Schneider full-time for more than a year

Pros

Good routes, excellent home time.

Cons

Just like every other company, many of the DBL's have no idea what's going on, and unless you keep on them, are of little help.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Before sending out a job, make sure it can actually be done, so I don't sit for hours on / off the phone trying to figure out what to do.

I have been working at Schneider full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

There are so many people who have grown up with the company and truly bleed orange.

    Cons

There are so many people who have grown up with the company and feel ideas tend to get muddled.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When making organizational changes, its important to pay attention to the employees and customers. To help employees grow, its important to have some consistency. 8 leaders in less than a year in a half is exhausting.
