You must start as a seasonal before moving to full-time. They hire too many seasonal's every year. The company is poorly managed, financially speaking. Too much room for human error and they pay dearly for those errors..

Advice to Senior Management

Don't leave it up to the employees to come up with cost saving ideas. That's why you get paid more.
