SSI has a lot of upside potential; great market share and a huge sales force. They are well-known and well respected by the market.

Cons

This is a massively disfunctional company. A conglomeration of more than a dozen companies and rampant infighting among leaders. There is very little trust of management by the general employee ranks because of all the off-the-cuff firing (i.e. not justified) that goes on.

Advice to Senior Management

Manage in a fair, conscientious manner to build trust with employees; then appreciate and respect the contributions being made throughout the company.
