1. Quality of the customers you work with. Calling on and dealing with educated people is a plus 2. Reasonable benefits for health, dental, vision, employee assistance program, mental health, and education tuition reinbursement 3. Competent customer service phone support.
Cons
1. Too many errors; mostly made by seasonal employees assigned to jobs they aren't well enough trained for 2. Poor packaging and slow delivery service to customers, causing too many complaints 3. Incompetent warehouse stock ordering and inventory control, resulting in too many backorders 4. Unstable base pay from one year to the next. They can change your base pay anytime of the year with no notice 5. Oracle computer software programs provide poor, late, or no reporting to the field reps.
Advice to Senior Management
Always another "new program". Can we just get back to basics of taking care of customers by delivering what they order, and doing it in a timely fashion ?
