Schulman Ronca Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Schulman Ronca part-time for less than a year

Pros – You can make your own schedule, so if you have a job during the day and/or want to work around a class schedule, you can. For what you are doing, you're paid well, and they do give raises.

Cons – You didn't always get the hours you signed up for, and sometimes if you were calling certain areas you would be sent home up to 3 hours early, which can really cut into your pay. In the beginning you get sent home more easily.
The Fort Myers building has mold. There are a couple of people who wear a mask while at work because of it. Work can be boring.

Advice to Senior Management – Seriously, clean the place up.
