I have been working at Schumacher Group full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Lots of autonomy, pleasant happy people.

    Cons

pleasant and happy only takes you so far, there is a big lack of experience and qualifications. Managers are all promoted from within most have not had experience working anywhere else. Clinical leadership is top notch.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Closely evaluate the skills of existing employees. Tenure does not equal skills and experience- run an interview process on existing employes and hire more qualified people from the outside- especially at leadership levels
