Most staff level generally friendly and helpful. Many dedicated long term employees.

Cons – All that good Schwans University training doesn't do any good as senior management won't let you practice it!
Weak senior management.
Senior management lacks ethics.
Low pay.

Advice to Senior Management – Getting rid of Lenny was good first step. Now get rid of the remaining FOLs (friends of Lenny)!
