    I worked at Schwan's full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Salary is Livable, after they pay you for gasoline. Benefiits are just OK.

    Cons

Too many hours.. 12-13 hour days comes out to minimum wage pay. also ,Schwan'sConsumer Brands treats employees like indentured servants, show up for meetings that you are NOT paid for, and do Saturday and Holiday product demos and take pictures of displays ON YOUR OWN TIME. They tell you Too much time at home is not good for you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have less middle managers. If you are a MANAGER, go out into the FIELD and see how the real world works. For instance, actually visit a store manager and spend time at the account.
