    I worked at Schwan's full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

If you like to work alone this is a good job. In the heat of the summer the freezer in refreshing.

    Cons

Management doesn't care about employees. They only want to make more money. They don't care about or stand behind employees. In a conflict where an employee was violently verbally assaulted by a customer's manager they sided with the offender rather than standing behind their employee or his rights.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More concern for employees. Stop lying to employees.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Schwan's full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

You can make great money if your given a good route in a good area. Most customers are super friendly and enjoy the food.

    Cons

You work almost 12 hours everyday. If your not bringing in $1,100 a day in gross sales your not making hardly anything. They constantly change products and placing preorders isn't the easiest for the customer. They don't do any sort of advertising or marketing at least in WI but I've heard they do advertising in MN where they are based. In 2012 they layed off a bunch off employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To many products being taken away and similar ones not added.
