Current Employee – been working at Schwan's full-time for more than 8 years

Pros – Independence, paid car usage, reasonably good commissions, decent benefits

Cons – Long hours, minimal effort to address work-life balance, lack of strategic planning, terrible internal communication, definite lack of advancement opportunity.

Advice to Senior Management – Better communication is needed at all levels.
A clear strategic plan to guide the company for more than the next quarter would help.
Some sort of plan for career advancement is needed (and sorely lacking.)
