I have been working at Schwan's full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Independence, paid car usage, reasonably good commissions, decent benefits

    Cons

Long hours, minimal effort to address work-life balance, lack of strategic planning, terrible internal communication, definite lack of advancement opportunity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better communication is needed at all levels.
A clear strategic plan to guide the company for more than the next quarter would help.
