“Great place to work. They cater to your schedule and are some really smart people.”
I have been working at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc.
Pros – - Amazingly smart people
- Their sense of community is great. Love the Friday lunches.
- My team was a great learning experience, taught me A LOT about software development.
Cons – - As an intern I had numerous conflicts with their payroll staff. Nothing I got upset about but it was just kind of annoying.
Advice to Senior Management – They focus a lot on hardware, which is the companies bread and butter, but they should branch out into more software packages to get more customers invested.
