Pros – You learn to work hard due to the pressure. Constant NPD's.
Cons – Hard to move through the business. Overworked under paid. No real benefits other than normal pay. Yes man move up the business. They ask you to do 30 calls a day in Route trade. Impossible. Went up from 12 to 30 after the separation from cadbury it went pear shaped.
Advice to Senior Management – Have programs to develop people into future roles. Pay a bit better. Dont put too much pressure. reduce the number of calls.
