I have been working at Scitor

    Pros

Excellent Benefits and compensation with challenging work environments depending on customer supported and contract you are on. Highly recommend the compnay.

    Cons

As the company gets bigger it is getting more structured, regimented, and process driven which is reducing flexibility and innovation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a step back and relax - address problem people vs creating policies that adversely effect all employees in the company.

I have been working at Scitor

    Pros

If you have a clearance, there's no better place to work. There is no employee handbook. Management encourages you to grow the business even if you are an individual contributor. They really want you to buy into the culture at Scitor.

    Cons

Good luck finding a position. Jobs are only attained from referrals. They definitely have a unique way of doing things. Very secretive about what they do...they call it being humble, but it's really secretive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No big advice. Management is pretty receptive to new ideas. I wish they had an internal database of positions that are open. There's lots of good people out there, why not look for them?
