Fairly moderate

I have been working at Scotiabank

Prosequal employment for all types of people. hours are usually very flexible. easy linear movement within the company. events are usually fun

Conspay is lowest in industry. very little opportunity to grow at higher level without networking. most managers are terrible leaders and have no clue how to manage a team.

Advice to Senior Managementcustomers come first but sometimes step into the shoes of the service staff and see how they feel. too much interference with the job from managers can cause friction and eventual turnover

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
