Fun, but little advancement

ProsFriendly environment, but at the same time there's quite a bit of politics involved. Hours are ok. Able to work shifts that fit into your schedule (part-time).

ConsLittle advancement opportunities regardless of productivity within the your job term. Repetitive job for sure, but that is expected with this job.
