Relaxed, friendly atmosphere, nice management, nice office, close to downtown so easy transportation, discounts on metropass,

Cons

low salary, contract, not much room to move up in the department, basically nothing else I can think of right now

Advice to Senior Management

Keep track of work more closely so you can monitor the performance, there wasn't any strict rules which gave way for slack
