I worked at Scotiabank

Pros

the IT department was chill

Cons

work was mundane, and often involved stapling and photocopying documents

Advice to ManagementAdvice

should hire clerks for this kind of mundane jobs. Coop do not get to learn anything and become counter productive.

    I worked at Scotiabank

    Pros

    Good environment to work in.

    Cons

The pay is quiet low and they don't want to hire you full time so as to avoid cost. 90% of workers at branch were second income earners, which says it all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to employees at all levels.
