should hire clerks for this kind of mundane jobs. Coop do not get to learn anything and become counter productive.

    Very conservative. Hence, it takes a long time to change something / try something new (if even possible).

    Good balance and flexibility they help you out in your career its a great place to start your career as fresh graduate

    Cons

    High pressure job, you have weekly sales targets to meet, which can very difficult to get of your branch is not good.

    Please change the way you manage your employees, you put alot of pressure on them, asking them to achive these targets which are not relisitc
