Call Redirect Officer (Former Employee)

ProsIf you need a job and cannot find any other to place work.

Advice to Senior ManagementMake some policy changes regarding employees taking time off when some one is sick in the family even though the employee is new and is on probation, give consideration to each situation instead of having a policy that does not reflect what you preach.
