Communication between business lines can be better improved, and enforce the one team one goal. Better training programs for co-ops as well.

    Pros

High pay, supportive environment, relaxed environment. Well established institution and hires a lot of co-ops. Hires the co-op as full time frequently

    Cons

Not much space for advancement unless you perform exceptionally well and receive attention from executives. Does not cover moving expenses as far as co-op go.
