“The Scotts (owners) are not aware of what goes on in the operations of their properties”
Current Employee – been working at Scott Enterprises
Pros – The Scotts themselves are great people and seem to have a genuine concern for those that work for them.
Cons – Many of the supervisors that are held in high regard by the Scotts border on incompetent, do not have that same genuine concern for those below them. They are completely different when the Scotts are around then when they are not.
Advice to Senior Management – Have a more anonymous method of evaluating supervisors. Seems they somehow always know who it is that did not evaluate them well.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
