Structurally Flawed Company

Branch Manager (Current Employee)

ProsGreat people to work with, nice corporate culture, Even as a Manager you won't have to work more than 40 hours a week. Benefits are solid

ConsNo career path for Managers and Brokers, No direct incentive. We are asked to be proactive and build the business, but if we do this effectively the net result is more work without any additional compensation. Scottrade needs to understand that this is a big problem

Advice to Senior ManagementCreate 4- 8 regional centers, incent employess to open accounts and bring in assets!
