“Great company to work for”
Former Employee – worked at Scottrade as an intern for more than a year
Pros – The employees, from the top of the organization to entry positions, enjoy what they do. Communication within the organization is also great.
Cons – The down-time after tax season could be considered a con for some, but if you find ways to fill that time doing something productive there is close to no cons.
Advice to Senior Management – keep doing what you are doing.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
