    Pros

I am currently employed but looking for other opportunities.

    Cons

Very difficult for minorities to get promoted. The company claims to foster your career, but employees are not involved in decision making when placed into positions. Due the reorganization, I was placed in a position I would have never applied for. Management was aware of my career plan, but I ended up in an area that doesn't fit my plan. I NEVER see Rodger anymore. He is clueless.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on employees career goals
