Scotts Miracle-Gro Customer Service Representative in Jacksonville, FL:   (Past Employee - 2008)

Pros

Probably the benefits. The managers really make sure that the employees receive detail info about the benefits...especially the health insurance benefits.

Cons

It would have to be the pay for the CSR's. Don't expect a big increase at yearly review time.

Advice to Senior Management

Don't expect miracles...training has to be top notch if you expect the gold standard.
