Pros

good pay, flexible schedule(depending on manager), get to know the basics of lawn care. as long as you get a cool boss its a good job but if you get a manager that doesn't do their job yours will become a pain in the ass.

Cons

it can be a dirty job which is kind of why the have the merchandisers. the worst part is dealing with all the rat crap....its everywhere. managers aren't the best at giving you all the tools you need or replenishing the ones you use.
