Pros

Learned so much about corporate finance. Good work experience and visibility of how a company works. Got to see how class stuff actually applies to the work field in an engaging way and not just copying papers.

Cons

Not too much structure, sometimes purpose is a little lost on a new intern.

Advice to Senior Management

Maybe have more of a program for interns other than just having activities planned.. Like project bassed stuff with some sort of curriculum or clear goal at the end.
