Pros

Great learning curve for people who want to get exposure to a multi billion dollar company- i worked for 3 months and got called back again! work hard you will be rewarded!

Cons

Hectic schedules of directors makes it impossible to even schedule meetings at times

Advice to Senior Management

Keep up the good work and hire more interns from college programs which can help reignite the inflow of latest knowledge into your great company
