Pros

Great place to work for college student. Great pay. Great work environment. Great training and development program (you get paid to take the test online). Very happy with my experience.

Cons

This is more specific to my situation: hard to get respect from store managers as vendors. From a micro perspective, my boss had us working long hours to satisfy his meticulous personality.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep up the good work. From an HR standpoint you are doing an excellent job. In good times, I would recommend putting brand-reps in more retail stores. It makes a difference.
