Pros

Very cool concept considering that there are only 2 major companies that do Cinema Advertising. Screenvision handles more of the mom and pop theaters and have some cool offerings.

Cons

The company itself fees like its in a downward spiral. The old management left or was forced to leave after the company got bought out. People that are in positions to make decisions to evolve in a new direction are inhibited by their old methodology. Any innovations that are proposed are immediately shot down because it does not immediately increase the bottom line, management does not understand the long term benefits of new ideas, which is sad because as times change, so should the way old things are being done. Employees are grossly overworked and underpaid here. The environment does not support growth in any way.

Advice to Management

Hire people that know what they're doing. Be sure to award the people that are trying to make a difference and keep a closer eye on the current employees that are scraping by on performing the bare minimum.

    Pros

Great work environment if you are in your 20s, excellent location if you are in NYC. They seem to hire a lot of hot women if you are a guy.

    Cons

Horrible pay, no job security. If you are looking to start your career and have a clear track of advancement, avoid this place at all costs. They laid me off with no warning at all and probably many more people received the same treatment. When I started, the salary was non-negotiable, which was the first bad sign. They also didn't offer a 401k until after a specified time with the company.

    Advice to Management

Big companies announce ahead of time that they are going to lay off people. You guys really screwed my life up and gave me no time to come up with a contingency plan.
