Pros

Great base compensation with opportunity for bonuses above manager level. Willing to work with your schedule depending on department you are working for. Very focused on creativity and allowing employees to express their opinions. Benefits are good for the most part. Great wellness benefits.

Cons

Upper management tends to stay at the company for long periods, but downside is that there is little opportunity for growth. Titles are limited and are not created, even if an employee is deserving. Lack of opportunity for training and skill advancement.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Expand growth opportunities. Managers should receive training on handling direct reports and cultivating talent.

    Pros

Creative co-workers, decent benefits, cool building, terrific location in Chelsea Market

    Cons

Upper management doesn't have much power, too much middle management and not enough worker-bees to execute on directives. Slow, slow, slow. Effecting change there is like turning a cruise ship.
