    I worked at Scripps

    Pros

Wonderful people work there. Mangement tries to communicate but it doesn't always happen.

    Cons

There is not a lot of communication in house. The workers don't always know until the last minute what is coming up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Understand what your people do, and if you don't know, find out. Listen to what they have to say. Don't play favorites

Not a bad place. I had the pleasure of having good co-workers/bosses. I would do it again for the experience.

    I worked at Scripps

    Pros

The benefits are great and the pay is pretty good. It's a large company so no worry about going under. I had excellent bosses.

    Cons

More to do with job position than company I think...the hours...weird and sometimes long hours. Sometimes upper management made questionable decisions. Sometimes communication was non-existent from upper management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take opinions of lower management into consideration. Better communication down the line. There were several times where nobody knew what was going on or we would get last minute changes without notice.

    No opinion of CEO
