Current Employee – been working at Sdgc

Pros – 1) Work from Home
2) OK pay and OK work environment (Good colleagues)

Cons – 1) Still growing but direction (vision) is not clear
2) Support based business model(shifts)
3) Only 2 in 10 projects are good for learning
4)They have no clear vision of near future business so they around 100 people for a project for project which lasts 3-4 months and after that employees feel cheated as they are moved to support shifts
