I worked at Sea World

Pros

They will work around your school schedule if necessary. Plenty of opportunity for promotion. Relatively good pay when compared to other common "high school/college jobs".

Cons

Long hours, especially on weekends. During October expect to work 6 days a week for the Halloween festivities. Some stores are much harder to manage than others.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow supervisors to have more of a say as to what store they will be placed at. Adjust pay rate based on store revenues.

    I worked at Sea World

    Pros

The employee perks are awesome. You get free admission in to Sea World, Aquatica, Busch Gardens AND Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure. You get discounts and free parking at Sea World parks. Plus employee preview nights.

Once I got to go behind the scenes at Sea World and see some of the new animals they had rescued, it was really cool.

    Cons

You are outside all the time and it can get very hot.
