    Pros

    -Paid internship with housing arranged
-Good jump-start into management for someone who missed out on working retail as a teenager
    -Seminars were okay
    -Fun, relaxed atmosphere

    Cons

-It's retail. Don't get too excited.
-Our housing was at a sketchy timeshare hotel, and a few people had belongings stolen by housekeeping, but I think they changed the housing the year after I left

Okay for seasonal work, wouldn't stick around much longer.

    Pros

    Free passes
Fun co-workers make the work more tolerable.

    Cons

If you are a seasonal employee they don't really care about you. When I was working there you were expected to be available all day, every day and weren't really willing to work around anyone's schedule. I asked for no morning hours on Sundays so I could attend church and they weren't willing to compromise with me on that.

    Advice to Management

You could be a little more flexible with seasonal employees hours. Seasonal employees are what really help run your parks and it would be great if you didn't treat them like slaves.
