    Pros

If you are Filipino and you just came from the PH, they would more likely hire you because I like to believe that the company would like to give newcomers a chance to start a new life in a new place. They are flexible with scheduling and are easy to coordinate with. It is a great place to be with fellow Filipinos too. Being SC, I love the fact that I got to handle my own time and workload.

    Cons

There is a high turnover rate mainly because there is no room for growth. Every year, an increase of $0.30 is awarded, which is pretty low. There are no benefits. Supervisors and the like get underpaid. A lot of office politics. Job responsibilities a re vague and relied on to me.

    Advice to Management

Adapt the American way of leading and team building. Leave crab mentality in the PH.
