I worked at Seafood City part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

My coworkers were nice and super friendly. They are not very strict with anything. Supervisors are also nice and very approachable. It's fun working with the store's environment.

    Cons

Almost all the jobs are part-time. They only give full-time employment to higher positions. No holiday pay. No overtime, and overtime pay. No benefits. No increase in pay. You get minimum hours. You always get complains from customers because the products are either expired or won't show up in the system when you scan it. The register always freeze and their devices are crappy. And you'll always smell like fish after you work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upgrade the computers and the system. Offer good benefits to the employees. Give more hours to work. Offer promotions and increased pays. Listen to the voice of the employees because they do work hard for the company.
