    Pros

Free lunch if you worked in Grill City and the food was pretty good

    Cons

Worked in high stress conditions at time, with understaffed team and management expecting worker to stay for OT, not much room for growth.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to make sure have enough employees set to work on weekends.

    Pros

Good place for new Filipinos in the U.S. They accept pretty much anyone of age even if you have not much experience. They are all friendly and happy employees. They are very considerate of schedules too.

    Cons

Very slow and little raise. Branch Managers should be more professional and needs improvement in accomplishing their duty as managers. Overall working environment is very Filipino in the sense that instead if pulling each other up, it is the opposite. Very little appraisal and a lot of seen mistakes and hidden agendas.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They should try to be more concerned and caring for their employees so that their employees return the favor.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook
