“Typical of many large corporations. There are some great organizations if you are lucky enough.”
Current Employee – been working at Seagate Technology
Pros – Competitive compensation, with opportunities to receive performance based rewards. If you live in the Scotts Valley area, the location is ideal.
Cons – Working for a global corporation can present a very challenging schedule. Strong community feel is very spotty, some groups have it much more than others.
Advice to Senior Management – We better be on the path to kick WD in the hard drive.
