“Stay away from the branded retail team”
Former Employee – worked at Seagate Technology full-time for more than a year
Pros – New clean office. Good location.
Cons – Endless work. Very political culture. Petty management. If you wanted to survive there, constantly kiss up. The product is 2nd tier, the management is 3rd tier and narrow minded.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop comparing who's more rich. It's sickening to average employees.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
