    Pros

    Plenty to learn and do. New opportunities to grow and move around. Fast pace on daily basis helps to keep good interest in the job at hand. Opportunity to interact with internal customers, as well as external ones on occasion (depending on job function). Management encourages taking initiative and compensates innovation accordingly. Compensation is performance-based. Key contributor awards are available, which are generally better than the flat across-the-board company bonus.

    Cons

    Too many meetings at times (needing to "show face" just because). Sometimes run into contention among multiple sites as to what a "global" design solution to a common challenge should be. Fast pace of technology/change could be a bit unsettling at times. Small amount of concern about technology obsolescence down the road.

    Advice to Management

    Either follow through with the initiatives, or don't introduce them. Also reduce the number of initiatives. Avoid the push for "commonality at any cost" and realize difference market segments require different design rules.

    Pros

    Great, plenty to do. Great goals from upper level management

    Cons

    The Mid Level Management needs to be replace in Branded - Operations and the Commodity director

    Advice to Management

    Hire people who know what they are doing at Mid Level management, instead being more concern with which supplier that are taking them out for lunch
