I worked at Sears

Pros

-worked with good people, both bosses and employees
-good environment to get work done
-respect to authority from my subordinates

Cons

-the pay could be a little better
-it is not competitive enough between co-workers
-there is not a lot of company loyalty

Advice to ManagementAdvice

-There should be better pay and a more competitive working environment. I like the working atmosphere and always felt good coming into work.

    I worked at Sears

    Pros

    Paid Training
When not busy, very relaxed atmosphere
    Hour long lunch
    Great manager
    Good hours
    Pay was good
    Very relaxed

    Cons

    Community Outreach
Not enough people working in the studio
    Telemarketing
Training wasn't long enough, everything was crammed down your throat in a week and a half.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of Community Outreach, no one wants to be called in the morning to ask if they want to take portraits. Have more employees working a shift instead of one or two people.
