I have been working at Sears

    Pros

Hourly employees can enjoy a great work life balance, given the ability to choose hours. In addition, the work is fairly easy.

    Cons

The work can get monotonous. Additionally, you're on your feet all day, with minimal breaks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As an hourly employee I didn't deal with senior management on a regular basis. They could provide more information to new employees about career paths and steps to garner promotions.
