ProsGreat opportunities for advancement. Some managers are very kind and understanding. The company is well known and has a good reputation.

ConsEmployee training is lacking and outdated. Some managers are really inexperienced. The company may ask you to move to another position, department, or location and you can be put in a situation where you are forced to accept or quit.

Advice to Senior ManagementPut more value into employee feedback.
